Professional Experience
I have over 30 years experience in the primary industries, including farming (dry stock and dairy), consultancy, service industries (stock and station and meat industry) and management of distressed farming businesses. I have some 25 years experience in negotiation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and court proceedings involving commercial, dairy farming, sheep and beef farming and rural family disputes. Those disputes have included financial, estates and trusts as well as general contract, animal welfare and employment issues.
Career Summary : My career has seen involvement in most primary industries. I have broad experience in most aspects of farm and business management in both consultancy and supervision at theory and practical levels. My management and supervisory roles have particular emphasis on primary industry businesses and families in crisis. I enter into all disputes with a positive attitude towards resolution.
